We aim to process orders within 3-7 business days from receipt of order in most cases.

Orders received over the weekend will not be processed until the following Monday. Unfortunately, there are occasional delays with the postal service at present due to COVID-19 and this is outside of our control. We thank you for your patience and understanding in these unusual times.

Please provide a delivery address where somebody is likely to be in to receive delivery (e.g. work address) as this will help us get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Our delivery costs are calculated at checkout section.

We have no control over exceptional conditions such as COVID-19, Busy Holiday Schedules or Delivery service provider issues, so we ask that you please allow an extra few days before contacting us with delivery queries at such times. Please note that Recorded Delivery requires a signature on receipt, so for your convenience bear this in mind when completing your delivery address.
